U Seamless Titanium tubes
Material grades available for Titanium: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, Gr16, Gr17.
Sizes range: OD 6 - 88.9 MM , WT 0.4 - 8.0 MM , Length = < 18,000MM
The straight tubes are strictly implements the standard specification ASTM B338/ASME SB338,ASTM B861/ASME SB861.
Dimensions of U tubes shall be strictly in compliance to customer's attached data sheets.
PWHT (Solution Annealing)of U-Bend+300mm of straight length after Bending at About 680 C Holding time 5 to 7 Seconds.
Test items for U tubes: 100%Hydrostatic test After Bending at 70 Bar ,100% Ball test.
